Returns
Our Returns Policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at achesac@gmail.com
Shipping

We will not process a cash refund for any items but will consider a replacement or exchange in as short a time frame as is possible.
To effect a return or an exchange, you must raise an alert with us within 1 day from the date of delivery .
The product requiring exchange or return should be received by us within 2 working days of the date of delivery in order to be eligible for the same.
You are responsible for shipping/courier charges for a replaced/re-shipped product. In some instances upon our discretion, we may avail free courier/shipping.
Understandably, products cannot be returned or exchanged if:
Cut to measure, as these have been customised to suit your needs
Damaged by lightning
Misused or purposely damaged
Used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed
Not used as described in the user manual supplied with the product
The packaging, literature and contents of the goods must be intact or in new condition.
